About International Bank Transfers (Wire Transfers) to Japan

You can use Conduent/Western Union's "Global Pay for Students" to pay for course fees. This service allows you to make an international transfer by paying only your local bank's transfer fee and foreign exchange fee. Once your order is complete, guidance will appear on the screen. Please follow the instructions to complete the transfer.

*Please note that "Global Pay for Students" is a service exclusively for tuition payments and cannot be used to purchase merchandise alone. However, it can be used if you purchase merchandise together with course fees. 

Base Currency: Japanese Yen (JPY)

Issuance of Receipts Depending on your payment method, the following documents serve as official receipts:

  • Credit Card: The statement issued by your credit card company.

  • Bank Transfer: The bank transfer slip or passbook record.

For products that require shipping, an invoice/receipt will be included in the package when your order is dispatched.
